Franchising
with NZ
Want
to be your own boss? Franchising gives you the opportunity
to own your own business and step into a proven ready-made organisation.
Once you have signed the contract and paid the fees you will
go through a training
period
where
you'll learn about the NZ
way
of doing
things –
such as our standards for quality,
service, value, formulas for business growth, health and safety
procedures, methods of operation, and canvassing
techniques. Your contract will run for an initial 5-year period
after which renewal negotiations can take place.
Once you've completed
training you are ready to go!
Think of franchising as paying someone for his or her business
strategy, marketing strategy, operations strategy, and the
use of their name. That's pretty much what franchising
is – you are establishing a relationship with a successful
business so you can use its systems and capitalise on its existing
brand awareness in order to get a quicker return on your own
investment. You are using its proven system and name, and running
it by its rules.
